Here is a Pop-up card that I made for a friend.  I was inspired by "Stamptramp".
Mine is slightly different because I put a bottom on mine, but I can still fold it up to fit into an envelope.

New tag

I spent three days working on this tag.  It isn't suppose to a planned tag.  I just wanted to experiment with different materials.  It took me a long time trying different things out.  I'm not used to working with so many rubberstamps or rub-ons.  It's hard for me to "guess" what a good composition will be, so I just didn't care to see how different things work.  Working with just paper collage is easier because I can move things around.  Still I'm happy with it!  You'll probably never guess how I made the background colors!!!

Happy New Year!!!

I know it has been ages since I posted.  I could blame all that has happened in the last few months.  It has been, well, messed up.  Computer stuff, sickness, etc.  It has been a lot to handle.  I have been so happy though about a couple of on-line classes that I've been taking with Melody Ross.  I'll post a link.  These pictures are from her "Soul Book" class that I've done so far.  I'm in love with making little booklets!  I took her Soul Restoration class and she has PDF files with phrases, pictures, etc. that you can just cut and paste in.  That's what I needed then.  Just not to "think" about art and work on my soul.  This one I'm doing more artwork and each page I'm trying a bit of this and that, that I have not done before as far  as techniques.  It's been fun for me!!!  Even if you don't take one of Melody's classes, there is a lot of good information for you soul and well being on the site.
That's all for now folks!  You can always catch me on Facebook if you run!!!  Happy New year!!!

Milk Carton houses!

Here is a milk carton house that I made about a week ago!  The bottom of it is a cube, about 2".  You can find lots of templates on-line.  I like this one because I can send it flat through the mail, though I'm keeping this one!!
